Shipping & Handling

Your orders are placed:

  • Through our website TradeRetail.gr

Browse and enjoy the completion of your orders through the convenience provided by the use of www.traderetail.gr

Select the products you are interested in and place them in your shopping cart, confirm all of them as your cart appears and click complete purchase where you fill in your fields and details according to the method of payment and the method of receipt.

 

With the registration of your order you receive from our system a confirmation e-mail for its receipt as well as for the continuation of its course where you are informed about its receipt.

  • By telephone

Place your order by phone at 2810 262075.
You choose the products you want and we register your order in our system.
The telephone communication is available for any question, clarification or advice you wish to provide you from 09: 00-15: 00 from Monday to Friday.

  • By sending an e-mail

Select the desired products (preferably with their codes) and send your order by e-mail to our e-mail address eshop@traderetail.gr

Please note that for our proper cooperation you should receive an e-mail confirming the receipt and forwarding of your order within 24 hours, as otherwise we may not have received the e-mail or there may be an error or there is a need for some clarification on your order.

Orders are delivered as follows:

Collection from the store

In order to receive the order from the store, it is required to have made an order by phone or online.
After our communication, the customer will be able to pick up and pay for his order from the store (in case he has chosen this method of payment).

With the cooperating courier company

Orders are executed and shipped by us within 3 working days with the largest percentage being executed on the same day. Depending on where you are, you will receive your order from the next up to 5 working days. In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc. holidays) we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete your order.
